Staff can immediately alert law enforcement, the district office, and safety personnel during an emergency.

After School Tutoring Begins September 2, 2025!Tutoring is from 3:30-4:30 in the NHS Library Media Center. Monday tutoring subjects are Social Studies and Science. Tuesday is English tutoring. Thursday is Math tutoring. Tutoring MAY also be counted as seat time. Please see administration for details. There are new state guidelines schools must follow for seat time makeup for this year.

The Newberry Opera House offered a unique opportunity for high school students to participate in the Artist 5 Project, a creative collaboration that was filmed by SCETV for distribution across the U.S. and Canada.
